The institute is conscious of the fact that students admitted to the Institute should receive value added education. This is possible if the teaching learning process is adequately fortified academically and supplemented by a range of extra curricular activities. To be able to do so, the Institute offers instructional programmes for various degrees at the cutting edge of knowledge. Highly qualified teaching faculty combined with facilities for practical work, internship, and delivery of specialized lectures by experts in various fields constitute the main frame of the academic programmes of the institute in all fields.
The availability of a well stocked library is a prerequisite for enhancing the quality of education. We have a spacious library contain more than 6000 books on relevant subjects and 15 research journals (including international) having high impact factor. The library has a temperature controlled (air-conditioned) reading environment with comfortable seating arrangements. Liberal grants are provided for the continuous improvement of library. A separate section has been allocated for digital Library having computers with high speed Internet access. Through the curtesy of HEC (Higher Education Commission) the Digital Library has access to more than 11,000 research journal of international repute and recognition A separate book bank of multiple copies of text books has been created for the convenience of students who can borrow books for long periods from the book bank. Students are encouraged to use library materials for preparing their assignments. Comfortable reading facilities have been provided for study of various materials with in the library. There are seven laboratories of which six are for computer studies. Three of these laboratories are located in the Business School, while four are in the Science School.
The computer and IT education are further strengthened by the well equipped Physics/ Digital laboratory. Each campus of the Institute enjoys the complete networking facility (Intranet). The facility is need by the students as well as by the faculty and other staff members.
