This 4 year-degree program has been designed to provide students with knowledge and skills necessary to understand and function effectively in the organization. The four years program offers opportunities to the students to have a well rounded education with mastery in a discipline of their choice. This program also prepares them to proceed towards a more targeted Master’s program in Business Management. The objectives for this degree program are to:
- Familiarize students with the fundamental bodies of theoretical and applied knowledge of business represented in the core course.
- Provide students an opportunity to learn new tools and techniques in areas such as accounting, marketing, and management as presented in upper level courses.
- Enable students to integrate formal academic learning with their business related experiential learning.
- Encourage self-improvement and professional growth among students.
- Expose students to the Global Business Environment.
This program is focusing on three major areas Marketing, Finance and HRM. The minimum duration for degree is eight semesters. The degree is awarded on completion of minimum 132 credit hours. Minimum 2.5 CGPA is mandatory for the award of BBA (Hons) Degree. The students will be required to enroll themselves for four elective courses during Semester VII & VIII. After completing their 8th semester, the students will have to pass a Comprehensive Examination

Internship
To obtain BBA (Hons) degree, the students should have completed a maximum of 42 courses of 126 credit hours and a Research Project of 6 credit hours thereby completing 132 credit hours. Besides these courses and Research Project, students are to undergo 6-8 weeks Internship and to pass the Comprehensive Examination.
Internship Programs are arranged with local and multinational organizations to familiarize students with practical business and technological atmosphere. Students get an opportunity to practice what they have learnt in school. Internship is arranged during Summer Semester and is a degree requirement for all students. Internship is scheduled after the completion of the 4th Semester. The students after the completion of 6-8 weeks internship are to submit a report giving details of their experiences and learning.
Comprehensive Examination
Passing of Comprehensive Examination after completion of final semester is mandatory for all students. Evaluation shall be on the basis of pass/fail. There shall be no grading or marks for Comprehensive Examination.
